I have a side by side whirlpool fridge and the freezer is fine but the fridge is now freezing everything. It's about 11 years old.

Since you stand to loose all the food I would call a service tech ASAP. But here are the most common reasons for the problem you have.
Cause 1
The Evaporator Coils are Frosted Over The defrost heater assembly turns on a few times throughout the day to melt away any frost that may have accumulated on the evaporator coils. If the defrost heater assembly is defective, frost will continue to accumulate on the evaporator coils, and the coils will become plugged with frost. If the evaporator coils are frosted over, the airflow through the coils will be restricted, causing the refrigerator not to cool. Check the evaporator coils to determine if they are frosted over. If the evaporator coils are frosted over, test each component of the defrost system.
Cause 2
Evaporator Fan Motor The evaporator fan motor draws cold air over the evaporator coils and circulates it throughout the freezer. If the evaporator fan is not working, the freezer or refrigerator will not cool adequately. To determine if the evaporator fan motor is defective, try turning the fan blade by hand. If the fan blade does not turn freely, replace the fan motor. Additionally, if the motor is unusually noisy, replace it. Finally, if the motor does not run at all, use a multimeter to test the motor windings for continuity. If the windings do not have continuity, replace the evaporator fan motor..
Cause 3
Damper Control Assembly The air damper control opens and closes to let the proper amount of cold air into the refrigerator compartment. If the damper does not open properly, it won't let enough cold air into the refrigerator. Check the damper control to determine if it is broken or stuck closed.

WRS6R3EW8 Refrigerator and freezer not cooling. Evaporator coil 60 deg. only. Compressor, evaporator fan and condenser fan running. Some frost on the tubing coming from condenser at the evaporator. ...

Where is it frosting, condenser or evaporator? If you mean frosting on evaporator line to compressor, probably iced up evaporator. If you mean frosting after condenser by capillary, unit short of gas/ blocked.

After power outage the fridge was displaying codes SY and EF I have Frigidaire model number FGHS2365KF1. Any thoughts?????

Hi.

SY: Defective evaporator system. Check evaporator fan, thermostat and heater.

EF: Evaporator Fan defective. Test and eventually replace the evaporator fan.

The problem is likely the evaporator fan. Before replacing the fan test the other parts comprised in the evaporator system.

Here a tip explaining how to test such parts with a similar fridge model: Fridge not cooling. Procedure is more or less the same with your model.

Here parts and diagrams for your model.

Generally you can find parts and diagrams for most appliances using the links listed on this page:
Where do I find parts and diagrams for my appliance?

Kenmore refrigerator model 59562998 Compressor is running but no air is blowing into the refrigerator or freezer

the evaporator fan has stopped. it is usually in the back of the freezing compartment behind all the plastic. when the fan stops no air can circulate over the cooling coils so even though the compressor is running no cold can move iside the freezer or fridge. be extra careful when you take the small screws out as the screw heads can be full of build up that makes it hard to get a good hold of them. take your time and clean off all the screw heads so they don't strip out. The evaporator fan is not to expensive wait to buy on until you get the old one out.

Unusual noise and ice all over the freezer

This sounds like the fan is hitting the ice. If it's iced up, remove the food from the freezer and place in refrigerator.

Take the bottom panel out of the inside of the freezer section and then remove the back panel from inside the freezer section. You will then be able to see the evaporator fan. You will need to check to see if the evaporator fan will turn with the power of the refrigerator turned on.

You also want to look to see if the evaporator fan is turning and hitting ice which means the evaporator is froze up. You will need to check and see if the evaporator fan is bad or the defrost timer is bad.

Evaporator fan did not start running when condenser fan started.

I don't know why there would be much of a delay between the condenser and evaporator fans coming on. If you have diagnosed it as a bad motor, that's probably correct.

But the motor could just need cleaning and lubricating
