SOURCE: table saw blade wabbles alot when cutting?

This could be caused by several problems. First unplug the saw. Put a known straight edge against the blade (making sure not to contact the teeth) turn the blade slowly and watch for runout. Second make sure the spacers and blade flanges are on correctly. I would just about think it would be the blade. If you provide the model and brand I can do some more research. Good Luck

SOURCE: I have a JS660 jigsaw.

Hi,
That is a common problem with those saws... the blade holder is a POS....
Some engineer's idea of a better idea that don't work in the real world...

Here is another review of that saw...

Don't know what else to tell you except that you may have to use a different saw....
I usually use my Milwaukee Sawzall for that job....I can place a longer blade in that and it works much better then a jig saw...

I have even used the old hacksaw standby already in a tight space...the bolts are brass and if you can get a groove halfway through you can break the top off from there...

SOURCE: Black and Decker Jig Saw

If you haven't done so yet check the base plate bevel adjustment setting to make sure it is setting at a 90 degree angle to blade and make sure that the shank on the blade is not bent or twisted. Hope this helps. Thank you.

How can you buy just the saw for the 8" 2 in 1 pole saw.

after looking at reviews written on
http://www.chainsawsdirect.com/Earthwise-CVPS41008-Chain-Saw/p7224.html

Robert

Tried chain saw. Working on limbs about 12 ft above ground.
First limb about 3 inches diameter, Oak. Worked fine.
Second limb same size. Cutter slip off branch could not stop the saw from hitting ground. Broke case where it attaches to pole.
No parts, and no way to repair it as company had no idea what kind of cement/glue I could use. So one branch cost me $120.00.

Like Robert my saw hit the ground and busted in the same spot (this will happen to you sooner or later) and you can not get repair parts, its now a door stop.
Pros: Easy To Use, Light Weight
Cons: Can Not Get Repair Parts
I am guessing you mean the entire cutting end of the saw too, I would get a new one either same model so you have a spare pole or find a another brand that definatly sells spare parts.
Ive never used a electric polesaw but have done alot of work with with longer petrol and shorter hydrolic polesaws, even top of the range they can be broken easily always keep the chain sharp, cut one branch at a time or small clumps on a hedge.
Commonly they get dropped cause they get really heavy extended a shoulder belt helps alot as do coffee breaks.
Or they get jammed in the branch being cut which can be really dangerous with a half cut branch, be ready to run.
Also never use from a ladder

What is a wet saw? is it easier to use than a tile cutter?

Wet saws make cutting thick or strong tiles easier, they also make it easier to make multiple cuts on a tile. It takes longer to use the wet stone so if you don't really have to use it then cutting with a tile cutter will go much faster.

What is the difference between a pizza wheel cutter and a pizza rotating knife?

A pizza wheel cutter is a metal wheel that rotates through the pizza so you can cut it even when it's hot. A pizza rocking knife is a thick metal blade with handles that you can use to rock backwards and forwards through the pizza to cut it.

Blade too thick got stuck

lock the blade in a vise or grip it tightly and with the clamp open TAP on the shoe to pull the saw away from the blade. Use gloves and unplug the tool before attempting.

One question, im looking to buy a husqvarna k760 demo saw, i need to cut metal, such as truck and trailer frames. just need to cut them down to length so i can load and bring to scrap yard. i figure it...

The K760 black cutter blade is called a Cut-n-Break blade. The manufacturer states that it has an improved stable core to increase its performance. I have a friend who recycles scrap metal and uses the Mastercraft 5" dual cutter. It cuts through metal like butter without any kickback.

Hope this helps,

My husband is out of town and I want to use the reciprocating saw to cut a wooden curtain rod (1-2 inches thick. The owner's manual is MIA. How do I use this thing? Where's the blade?

the blades are usually in the case.its simple just place what you want to cut in front of the blade with the metal bottom of saw touching the object to be cut and pull the trigger.
