SOURCE: our Gestetner MP 2000Le have an error sc551 and we can't troubleshoot it using the (Clear mode+107+hold the Clear/stop button) ..can you pls. advice us for other options ? tnx

Enter in the service mode: Clear(yellow key) 107 press/hold Clear/Stop more 4 second,enter in the SP mode open the front cover ,turn OFF the copier,wait 1-2 minutes close the front cover and turn ON the copier.

Error SC541 ON NRG MP 1600L
First try entering into SP mode by pressing:
Clear button>1 0 7> and press and hold the Stop button for 3 secs. Then switch off and on the copier.
If SC 541 code is still there, check the following in the fuser unit:
  • Fusing thermistors defective or out of position
  • Thermostats open circuit
  • Power supply board defective
  • Loose connectors of Fuser unit.
