This can be accomplished a couple of ways. Depending on the model of your computer there may be a pressure sensitive switch under the mouse pad that pressing a little harder will actuate. Another method is there might be 'virtual' mouse buttons on your trackpad. Put one finger in the flower left corner and drag on the pad with another. Finally, there is a setting for a double click drag and drop. Tap the mouse pad twice and on the second tap keep your finger on the pad and move it. Good luck!

How do i scroll down using a touchpad? im used to the scroll wheel on my old mouse

it depends what brand product you are using. for most touchpads you just drag two fingers next to eachother on the touchpad and it will scroll up and down. for some others you just drag one finger along the edge of the touchpad

Need to download pictures from my email into a thumb drive

OK, if you don't have too many file attachments, it can be a simple drag and drop with the touchpad or wireless mouse.

Hope this helps.

How do you highlight with a touchpad

With most touchpads you hold down the left mouse button to select then move the cursor with the other hand by pressing a finger on the touchpad and dragging it. Be sure your touch pad is not disabled - usually a button near it with an indicator LED.
