try disconnect it from your router and reconnect.

then unistall the drivers from ur pc restart it and make full reinstallation

You probably need to re-install the print driver on the computer that is not scanning.

Change folder location , it worked for me

Se yourself up as admin.

Check to see if in closed captions the set or a box connected to it is NOT set to closed captions 4-----most sets have the option of cc1-cc4 and 4 is to my knowledge never used.

Usually need the original remote--if you can with buttons (not likely on JVC) try to set it to CC4 which is almost never active and should remove the text box that you are seeing.

Note: if using a cable or sat box look there also as most have the text feature also.
