I had to reset my mp3 player and now it won't play the radio. Apparently no one else has had this problem as I can't find it on the internet, ug. When I turn it on it gives me 6 options All songs, Artists, Albums, Genres, PLaylists and audiobooks...that's it nothing else, no radio. It's model # SA3VBE04k/37(well I think that's what it says, friggin small writing). I have a painful bike session in the morning and could really use this, hellllp! Thx a bunch!

It does not support Audible. I have funny insider information on this - Philips originally planned to make it Audible compatible, and even added an Audible folder. In the end, they didn't seal the deal and sent out players that were not compatible with audible, but have an Audible folder in them. LOL.
A workaround is to download audiobook files in mp3-only format. You won't be able to use them like an audiobook, but they will be available for lsiten.

Run a Repair in the Philips Device Manager (note: the HDD6330 is not compatible with Windows Vista or with Windows Media Player 11 - pluggging the device into a computer with either of these installed will ruin the player, even though it may work initially).
Download the newest version of the Philips Device Manager:
www.usasupport.philips.com - change your country/language as needed
Enter in your exact model #
Click on the link for your exact model #

Dear customer,
Try going into your Device Manager and uninstall all the entries that are something along the lines of USB Root Hub then reboot with all USB Devices unplugged until after Windows detects and reinstalls the USB Root Hubs then plug in your MP3 Player and see if it is detected and installed properly.
Did u change ur Operating system of late? To see what version you have, Right Clcik My Computer and choose Properties. Some USB mass storage devices and mp3 players require that you have Windows XP Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2 to work. I had a USB flash drive that kept restarting my computer until I installed SP1.so pleas do check with tat too..
plz rate this solution.. good luck.. thank you..
