Wont power on
SOURCE: GE Profile Fridge Model No. PSC25MSWA SS not making ice
Check to see if there is any obstruction (object of any kind) in the ice cube mold area. If nothing found, you will have to replace the icemaker, as individual repair parts are not available.

Might should check the condenser fan in the rear of freezer section. sounds as if it isn't running at its peak performance. May just need replacing. BB

Ice maker Diagnostic Test:
- Remove the ice bucket
-Turn the ice maker off, wait 15 seconds than turn it back on
-Press the ice paddle three times, this will begin diagnostic test.
-PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ICE MAKER DURING DIAGNOSTICS
-In 3 minutes you should see the rack inside turn 360 degrees
-AND the ice maker bowl should fill with water
-IF either DID NOT work, call 1-800-GE-CARES for ice maker replacement. A
service call is approx $80. The $80 will be deducted from the
part/labor if you choose to purchase/install parts from the service
technician. If not, you will pay for the service call. Good luck.

The problem is really that the GE icemaker
WR30X10093 has a design flaw - there is a heating element located below the ice cube tray (which heats the tray to get the cubes out), but there is no guard of any sort below the tray. Since there is no guard below that heating element, the element heats ice that has accumulated near the element and starts melting it. Then, when the cubes are popped out, the partially melted ice re-freezes all the cubes together.
I have the same problem. :(

Sounds like your coils are dirty which will cause inadequate cooling due to reduced heat exchange at the coils. Also check to make sure fan is running (next to compressor and should be running when compressor runs). The fact that your ice maker makes ice at all suggests that compressor runs, therefor no freon problems. Problem should be easily fixed with correct diagnosis. Hope this helps.
