Hi, I have the same camera :)
I use windows.
But I believe the procedure is same.
If using SD card reader in your laptop: Open the SD card and download the movie files.
This camera stores a thumbnail (which is a picture of the movie file) and a .mov (Quicktime movie) for each movie you click.

Try opening imovie then plugging in the camera and importing movies there if that doesn't work or if you prefer iphoto go here http://support.casio.com/download.php?cid=001&pid=145&rgn=1 select your camera from the list read the page and click agree then download the mac version and install the software it sounds like you may need to update the firmware on the camera itself which should also be included in the download. Be sure to back up important files and close all open programs before installing any downloaded software NOTE: software is located on Casio site and should be free of malware

Panasonic use .MOV Apple Quick Time format for it movie clips. Win Media won't play them. Does your computer prompt you for what program to use to play unknown file?
