C-0070 is the toner bottle,check bottle and motor toner.
c-f032 atdc don't match. "toner empty" Let out for too long.
Repair error cof032 setting atdc in service mode.Press the down or up arrow +10 or -10
C-0070 is the toner bottle, remove it, power off the machine, then with the bottle out turn the machine on, let it go thought its routine when it ask for toner install it PROPERLY if the knub on the bottle dented damage in anyway replace do not use the damaged bottle. the C0F32 is the toner is not properly mixing in the the developer because it is not getting any toner see above, Might need to replace the developer also.

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

I have a Konica bizhub c351 with and error code of c0211. I took the back off and played with the black motor that lifts the tray. The tray moves freely and the motor seems to move freely. When I turn the machine on it does not go through any kind of check like it did before it just goes to the same screen. Is there a way to reset this to get it going again to test if there is still a problem

You will most likely need a service technician. This error code indicates an ATDC (Automatic Toner Density Control) sensor failure. This means that the machine is seeing either an undertoned (not enough toner) or an overtoned (too much toner) condition within the imaging unit. This usually requires possible sensor replacement, or most likely a starter (developer) change and recalibration.
This can be caused if you have run the machine low on toner or possible used the wrong toner in the machine.
You can reset by opening then closing the front door on the machine or turning the machine off then on again but most likely the code will return.

go to "service mode"
In service mode please select "ADJUST"
in "ADJUST" please select "Model Setting"
in "Model Setting" select the cpm, (Copy speed) of your machine, for example if you have bizhub 210, then select "21" from the list.
if you have bizhub 163 then select "16" from the list and press "yes" button.
code will remove.
