My laptop Qosimio x875, the keyboard will suddenly stop working. I checked device manager and it says the keyboard is working fine. The computer is not overheating and I have not accidentally disable the keyboard. This has been an ongoing problem...I can restart the computer for it to work again, but within minutes the keyboard stops functioning again. Please help!
Pls remove the key board ribbon cable and re seat again

this and my mouse have also stopped working, idk the problem but i fixed it once and whenever i wanted to turn it off i just put it into sleep and it worked fine when i started it up. i came to a situation where i had to restart the computer and it didnt work again and now i cant fix it.

As I understand your keyboard is now working and your usb mouse. But the touchpad does not work.
Have you or someone opened up your laptop recently? If so it is possible the touchpad was not connected properly.
