Try this reset procedures Normal Reset (*#7780#) : Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)
Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This re formats completely the C: drive. All
applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean
default files will be rewritten.
--- WARNING: This will ERASE EVERYTHING on your phone ---
1. Make sure you phone is fully charged.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).
3. Switch-off your phone.
4. Press and hold these three keys together
-Green dial key,
-Star key (*)
-Three key (3)
then press the power on/off to swtich on the your phone.
Do not let go the three keys until you see the "formatting" screen displayed
5. After a few minutes, the format will be complete. Your phone
will now be at its original factory settings.
you can't fix that .. it's an embedded logo for Prada... unless you can change the wallpaper of the phone you should be able to ... for now ..it's a logo for Prada .. like Windows XP you can't change their logo
Hi This is due to Strip Problem...If the Strip life expires it will create issues like Display goes White and it turns Off itself...It may show Lines on the screen..Keys may not work proper. Its completely Hardware issue. you have to change Strip of the Cellphone.
remove some of the multimedia content i.e some of the audio,video and etc and make sure that once remove your mobile battery and replace it,switch it off and on it that's it you r done--your phone is ready
The method of performing a hard-format, i.e resetting it completely to factory defaults and removing all data, is as follows:
Switch off the phone.
Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer) button, * button, and '3' button
While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone
When the message 'Formatting' appears on the screen, release all of the buttons
Note that you shouldn't switch the phone off or remove the battery when performing either of these operations, and it's advised that the handset has a reasonable amount of battery charge before performing a format/reset.
