Sounds like the Subwoofer is blown. Unless you are handy with this stuff, you're outta luck unless you can find someone with the expertise to replace the blown speaker inside. This is not an easy job. If you are up for it you can follow the previously described method for opening it & removing the blown speaker. A suitable replacement can be found at
http://www.rpelectronics.com/d03-0004-4-speaker-paper-cone-4-ohm.html Note that it will need to be mounted differently than the original which is mounted on the rear of the panel.
The replacement must be mounted on the front. It will need some sort of gasket (foam tape or something) between it & the panel. No soldering is required as push on connectors are used. Connect it up after installation and reassemble the unit.
Be aware that there is a possibility that the sub's amp is blown, in which case replacing the speaker is of no use. It would be good if you had some sort of speaker to connect to the terminals once you get the unit open and check that the amp is putting out before ordering a replacement speaker. Good luck!
