Depending what system your provider is using it can either be done by you at home or they will have to set it. If you call your provider they will help you or they will fix it. Each ring is set at 6 second intervals so if you have 3rings that is 18 seconds. If you was 6 rings then ask for 36 seconds etc. hope this helps

If that model phone has a rj14 jack ( standard phone jack) and when you plug it into a known good wall jack and you can draw dial tone then it will work. If not it requires a KSU to interface with the lines and that's a lot more equipment than you need for 1 or 2 lines. Thank you. Jer
This is possible but it is a feature of your phone system and not the phone. You can have this phone connected to a few different Norstar phone systems that program differently. Your first step is to figure out the model number of the Norstar, Nortel, Meridian phone system you have. You will then need a programming manual for your system.
You probably had a company install and program this system and it may be easier to have that same or a similar company fix this problem. Programming these systems is not easy, so you either have to decide to learn the system and deal with minor changes like this yourself or pay someone else to do them.
