Press the MENU button, choose the Settings tab (three horizontal sliders), then choose the sixth item from the end of the menu.

sony did not add language option in this camera DCW-T10, if you buy it from Japan. But SONY must provide the solution to this problem. I am facing the same problem....

go into the setup menu ("set") by pressing the menu button, and look for the picture of a little man yelling (he's speaking). That's the language set-up. Set it for english.
