Have you configured your webcam to skype ? If you have problems when you use your webcam in Skype, you may have to
configure the audio and video setting in Skype. To do this, follow these steps:
Start Skype.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
In the navigation pane of the Skype Options window, click Audio Settings.
Select your mic as the default microphone.
In the navigation pane of the Skype Options window, click Video Settings.
Select your webcam as the default Webcam
Click Save.
Test webcam by making a Skype test call.

Go to your Skype account > Tools > Options > Advanced > Manage other programs access to Skype > Double Click on cit 200.exe > Allow this program to use skype
close the voip philips application from the task bar. Then do the same for skype. Now Start Skype again followed by the voip software. If that doesnt work uninstall both software and reinstall installing the voip 080 first, then upgrading the skype. You may still receive a warning at first but it will work
