A/C compressor isn't kicking on. No voltage to pressure switch on dryer. Control panel seems to be working fine. Need wiring schematic

If the Freon is low the pressure drops and the switch will not see ground. Add Freon as needed.

I have a LEFOO LF10-4H pressure regulator that I took apart and it fell apart before I had a chance to see where all the part went.Where can i get a diagram of the switch?

It's all in Spanish, but just watch what he does. It works. I managed to put a Lefoo LF10-4h back together doing this. It's the only video I could find that didn't just tell me to replace the entire pressure switch.

Need to re assemble a Lefoo LF10-4H pressure switch for my Pro-Force air compressor. Took apart to fix a leak and cannot put back together

IF you did what I think you did (as I did) the switch basically falls apart in your hand on on floor as you loosen the 4 screw that holds the spring loaded switch together. I was able to figure out how it reassembles but yet to put it back together for time sake. I plan to bench assemble the PS this week. IF all goes well I will post the results with some pictures. Stand by until then.

Lefoo pressure valve leak

Where is it leaking from? If the unloader hisses for a few seconds when the compressor shuts off, it is working fine. If it hisses all the time when the compressor is stopped, it is still fine, but your in-tank check valve is toast. If it hisses when the compressor is running, you need a new switch.

I too am looking for a diagram. I am still trying just fit it back together and I have tried to get a diagram from Lefoo, no response to my repeated emails. If I do get it together I will post pics.

Where is float switch

Fred:

It is actually a air switch that as the water rises in the unit, the air pressure increases in the tube connected to it and it triggers the air switch to run the unit for a predetermined amount of time. The switch is mounted to the board under the cover. See photo. The air switch is made by Lefoo (China)12_1_2011_4_29_48_pm.jpg

When my compressor cuts out, it starts losing air by the auto pressure control (LEFOO LF10). I removed the plastic cover and felt the air coming out a little valve.

The air is probably coming through the unloader on the pressure switch. This is designed to vent the pressure between the compressor pump and the tank so that the compressor starts easier. This venting should only take a few seconds (5 to 10). If it bleeds air continuously, until the compressor restarts, then the tank check valve is bad. This is usually a fitting that extends into the tank. The small tube to the unloader usually goes directly from the pressure control switch to the tank check. Depressurize the tank, remove the check valve, and try to clean it. If that doesn't work, replace it.
