Replace the belt. It may be stretched. It's possible your vacuum is over a year old even if it was never used the belts will lose elasticity just sitting there
That unit is listed as 1k watt motor. That is a lot of heat. It is possible that it is defective though. Depending on how long you have had it, you might not be able to return it.
When you remounted the freezer door you might have missed or damaged the switch (button) when you moved the unit. Check that and replace it if necessary. That should fix the problem.
Sounds like the pilot light is not staying lit, provided you have one.
The pilot light is used to keep the gas valve open by way of the thermocouple/switch.
When the pilot light goes out the thermocouple cools down and shuts the supply of gas off to the water heater burner.
It is not unusual for a thermocouple to go bad at which point it needs to be replaced.
The thermocouple is the small rod that sits in or close to the pilot light flame. There is a small copper tube that runs from it up to the gas valve on the outside of the tank. This is where you control the temperature of the water as well as light the pilot light.
If you are not experienced in dealing with hot water heater gas supplies, you should get professional help.
The system is ignited by turning on a hot water faucet causing water to flow through the unit activating the igniter. You could disconnect the gas line at the unit turn the valve on and off real quick and smell for gas.If there is air in the line you may have to let it run or purge the line just long enough to make sure gas and not air is comming out.You might want to have utility company do this if you have any worries .I would make sure it is set up for lpg and not natural gas. And then and this is quite often the problem the gas line feeding the unit should be at least 3/4 inch pipe and fairly close to the main supply and in no instance the last fixture in system unless the pipe sizing is adequate for the amount of gas the unit needs to run.If sizing is the problem sometimes rather than running new pipes your utility company might be able to adjust the pressure comming out of the tank to make up for it. Hope this helps good luck
You need top lace belt on brush roller and re[-assemble by putting plastic cover on which is retained by 2 recessed philips screws.. Prize off triangular coverat fornt.behing that you should see the belt lying loose. You need to get a blunt object to twist and push belt ovet the motor shaft. You may get it on in wrong direction and if you do,loosen off belt and twist the other way.
I have a 10KW stik welder/generator. I have no problem running a large freezer and 2 fridges except for the startup current draw. I have a $300 transfer switch connected to a 60amp sub panel with current meters on each leg. I have to watch the current draw and turn on & off breakers. I do have to play the "green acres" game because I have the water heater, well pump, and kit ckt all connected as well. Coffee machine, toaster, oil furnace, microwave all have to take turns as well as the water heater(4500WATTS). Cost was about$3500 in 2001 and $600 for a generator shed. lots of my labor. Last time we lost power it payed for itself. 28 hours without a generator would have been a trip to a hotel and lots of spoiled food to dump. hot shower and coffee anytime a big +
