Hi littlewoman3,
If you no longer remember your PIN, nor the answer to your secret question, you will need a Master key to reset your unit. The ideal and the recommended way is for you to call Nintendo's customer service ( 800 255 3700 ). They may ask you for your date of birth before giving you the Master key. However, If you don't have the time to call Nintendo, you can try this: ->Go to parental controls in system settings. -> tap "yes" when it asks "Change Parental Controls settings?" -> tap "I Forgot" twice. You will then be given an inquiry number. -> Using your computer, go to the attached link and enter the number in the field marked "confirmation number" ( Be sure to set the current date in your timezone) http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.wsgi?number=25613354&date=0811&submit=Get+Reset+Code ->click get "Reset code" You can now try to reset your settings using this code. I hope this solves your problem. Wishing for you to get the best results. All the best to you !
Hi, I would like to help you out. You can simply click on "forgot the password" . It'll ask your email address to "reset the password" ... So its simple 2 in 1 :) you don have to remember the password at the same time you can change the password :)
Please let me know if you need more help. Good luck And also vote if you think this solution will help others. Thank you:)
mcdevito75 here, If your watch is push button, simply push MODE and see the display flashing, then press mode again until you reach the date, then press set to set the correct date, then press mode again for steady display. If it"s a windup, simply go thru the 24 hour cycle for the correct date.
You can do it from within the BIOS settings if you want. Choose F2 at startup and that will take you into startup. There you can change the date and time. If you are in Windows and want to change the time and date, simply left click on the time indicator on the taskbar and when the window pops up, choose change date and time. Make sure of the corrected date is in fact correct or your computer will not function correctly.
Here's the instructions on how to do that : Quick Instructions on Setting the Date/Time:
To set the current date and time, press and hold down the SET/EDIT
button for a few seconds. Release the SET/EDIT button when the Month
(M) and Day (D) indicators start flashing. Note: The unit will revert back to normal display if no other key is pressed for 10 seconds.
While the Month (M) and Day (D) indicators are flashing press the LOCK button to cycle through the 3 available date formats.
Once you have chosen an appropriate date format press the SHIFT
button to switch between each of the different DATE, MONTH, YEAR, HOUR,
and MINUTE fields. The field that is currently active will start
flashing. To change the field's value press the LOCK button. Each
stroke of the LOCK button moves one value up. Note: If you go past the current year, you will need
to press the LOCK button to cycle through the year 2189 and back up to
the current year.
Once you are finished setting the Date and Time press the Set/Edit
button to return to the normal display. The Date/Time Stamper is now
ready to print.

mcdevito75 here, The manufacturer recommends you don"t try to change the date between certain hours as this could hurt the date changeing mechanism inside the watch, I don"t think you did any harm (LUCKY) and the date changeing 45 minutes before mid nite is just about right. BUT! if the date change was aliitle closer to mid nite at 1 time you can try to reset the date, here"s how, your stem should have 2 positions to change the date without haveing to cycle the watch the 24 hours 60 times. Slip a finger nail just under the crown and gently, gently lift the crown to it:s first position, it may take a little practise but you"ll get it, once you do, trun the crown and you should see the DATE change, if so set the DATE to 1 DATE before the DATE you want, now pull the stem out and set the correct gate and time of day. Your watch is now reset and date will change on time, around nid nite.

There is a battery on the motherboard, next to the power supply connector, which may be bad or not connected securely. That's the first place I'd look, although it should produce other symptoms, especially inability to 'remember' other setting, such as channel memory.
