Chk the right bottom of your screen for speaker symbol and check its not in mute and volume min position.
right click my computer, properties, device manager. check creative sound is there or not. if not..remove your sound card after switching off your pc and work . after one time boot and work switch off. plug your sound card and restart. it will found new hardware and put the cd when asked. hope it will work
