I called a bunch of different numbers and finally found the people who can help with this. It's called Elite Group (877-383-6399) - I guess they're the ones licensing the Sunbeam name and making these water coolers. If you call that number with the model number, they'll replace the "top" part of the cooler, which should also have new taps, the lady said. The cost is $13.35
If you go to safemanual dot com and need a manual for a sunbeam product go there its free and i mean free.... hope this helps anyone who is looking of searching for a sunbeam product..

The tray that you set your cup on when filling with cold or hot water is missing, it has a slot it slides into to attach it to the water cooler just under the three taps, it is just a little plastic tray and I would like to purchase a replacement tray but I have not been able to find one.
