Which brand microwave oven is best in the market

I have not yet found a manual for a National microwave model NN-K577F online.

The National brand was a subsidiary brand of what is now known as Panasonic. National brand kitchen appliances stopped being manufactured in 2008.

The Panasonic company may hold a copy of the user manual for the NN-K577WF model in its archives, however.

Panasonic is headquartered in Japan. However, unless you reside in Japan, I suggest you contact the Panasonic division located where you reside:

On the home page for the Panasonic division in your country, there should be a Contact Us link or a Live Chat link. Ask if the company Archives holds a copy of the manual for the National microwave oven NN-577WF or the Panasonic microwave oven NN-577WF and if you can obtain a copy. Your model of microwave oven is a Mainstays brand product, which is an exclusive Walmart brand.

I have been trying to find a reliable website from which you can download a user's manual for your microwave. So far, I have not been able to find one.

Therefore, I suggest you contact Walmart Customer Service directly and ask if there is a source for the user's manual for your model.

Hello bruton. As a microwave oven ages, the interior paint often deteriorates as does the internal part that creates the micro waves.

Using this is not a good idea as there is now a fire hazard. The best solution is to replace the microwave. There are sales now and you can get a nice new one for under $100.

This unit is no longer supported by Kenmore. There are also no spare parts available from the manufacturer.
Your best bet would be the secondary market like eBay.

F3 means you have a shorted membrane keypad.

If it's under warranty, you should be able to get it fixed free.

The "C" in the model number means it's made for the Canadian market, and contacting GE Canada seems to be impossible for us here in the States.

So you'll need to contact GE via the info in your owner's manual.

If it's out of warranty, it's best to replace it, GE does not make parts available for JES-series microwaves.

One assumes they're meant to be thrown away when they fail out warranty.

Is this a clear plastic cover in place to protect the finish? If so, remove it.

Probably best top remove it. Did you check your oven documentation?
