http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-pin-timers.html

2) Eagle tech support:
http://www.danaherspecialtyproducts.com/Eagle_Signal/Service_and_Support/Customer_Service___Tech_Support/

3) Fixya appears on 1st page of google search for this product, indicates there is no clear information available on the web.

4) Add a comment and describe the wiring diagram that appears on side of device.
Each pin timer has wiring diagram.
The image I found shows 11-pin base, and push button or impulse input connects to terminals 2 and 6. Image is not clear enough to determine more information.

STANDY INDICATOR BLINKS 10 TIMES PLEASE DIAGNOSE

Hi, If you are able to open the tv and rectify the complaint then try the following. If not call for any support.

As you said there is sound and the t v shows 10 blinks in sequence. There is some problem with deflection section. Normally in Sony this type of complaint can occur due to dry soldering of components.

First of all you have to watch carefully is the is a glow in the picture tube neck while tv is on. There is a filament inside the picture tube that will glow like a very small incandescent Lamp. If there is no glow. Then there is dry soldering in the picture tube base socket (which you can see attached to picture tube neck).
Normally the dry soldering can appear on the base board at the pins of base socket (you can see socket which is attached to the picture tube neck and its pins are soldered to the base board ) . You have to resolder these pins. Then you have to solder ( there will be a connector with 4 wires which is soldered to the base board which comes from the main boar ) Resolder both 4 pins at the two ends (at the base board and at the main boar.)

I think this will solve the problem. Check these. If you need any more assistance feel free to contact me by FixYa.

Be careful while dealing with TV. Because there are storage capacitors which will store charge even for 24 hours. So do soldering works after that [leave the tv for OFF for 24 hours (not in standby remove the power cable from the wall out let)]. Also be care full while soldering. there is possibilities shorting the adjacent points each others while soldering.

Sanyo 24 in flat screen model DS24425 Screen slowly goes fussy and slowly goes black , a slight tap on the rear left side brings the picture back to good screen, for a few minutes or a couple of hours no...

Hello
Your flat panel TVs picture tube base board has soldering loose contact with it. Just unplug your TV from AC mains socket, and open it. Pull out the picture tube base card from the picture tube neck. Pull it out straight, no shake must be there, as it will damage its connecting pins.
Normally, loose sodering are very difficult to loacate, as they will be quite micrscopic in size. Just resolder all the suspected loose sodering point on that board, by applying a little more solder. This will solve your TVs problem. OK.

When the tv is turned on, the picture does not come on immediately. The screen stays black and the red light on the front of the set will flash on and off. It could take up to 10 minutes for the picture...

Hello

It is due to your TVs picture tube base socket trouble. Base socket is one that connects the base card with the picutre tube pins. You can locate it at the base end of the picture tube, soldered on to a printed circuit board, and pluged to it. It can be detached from the picture tube neck alongwith that printed circuit board by applying a slight backward pull. Be cacious not to shake the board sideways of upwards or downwards, as it may damage the picture tube pins. Just pull it straight backward. A little pressure may have to be applied sometimes.
After detaching it, look at the wire connections to that base socket. Note it, and resolder it out from the board. Go for a new one of same type. Look keenly to the pin confuguration of the new one with the orginal. Buy one with made up of super quality material. Replacing it will solve your problem. OK.

Our 21" panasonic television is when turned on,

Hello

It is due the fault of its picture tube base socket. Picutre tube base socket can be located at the picture tube card connected at the neck of the picture tube. It is the socket that connects the picture tube pins to the circuit. It can be resoldered out and can be replaced.
Open your tv. Locate the picture tube base card, can be seen connected to the picture tube neck. It is pluged on to the picutr tube, and can be pulled out of it. Be sure not to make any tilt of shake while pulling it out. Just pull it back straight, may have to apply some backward pulling pressure. Resolder it out for the board and go for a same type and number. It can be available at most of the electronc sparepart shops. Replacing it will solve your TVs problem. OK
If you need furthermore asistance, feel free to get me through Fixya.

Pink color appearence when swith on tv for 1 minutes & wringles form on the screen

Hello

Pink colour denotes the absence of green colour dispay in your picture tube. I hereby gies an approximate voltages at the three cathodes of your picture tube socket solderings, and you just measure the voltages with reference to this. The voltages are approximate, and can chage up to 2% up or down.
Green Cathode = Pin number 9 [161VDC approx]; Blue Cathode = Pin number 8 [162VDC apprpx]; and Red cathode = Pin number 10 [157VDC approx]

If any of these voltage differes, the clolur related to that cahode will also rise or low, thath is if the cathode voltage goes very low, that clour will be prdominent, and if it goes high, that colour will not be there.
In your TVs case, the green cathode voltage now will be high. t may be due to a soldering loose to either to the picture tube base socket or at the terminals of the related transistor or Ic. It is best to resolder the suspected loose soldering points by applying a little more solder, as we in service field also do. It is very difficult to locate the exact loose soldering point and so I advice you to do so. If needs, replace the colour output transistors, of other devices if used. Just look at the voateg at pin number 9 at the picture tube base card. Resolder all the picture tube base socket pins. If you wants any more calrification, contact me through Fixya. Ok.

When I turn on my Gundig TV the sound is there, but the picture does not come for about 15 minutes. It starts off blue then slowly changes colour and eventually comes on. The TV is only 16 months old....

Hello
It may be due to the fault of its picutre tube base socket. Some of them may show this type of fault eventhough it is a new one. Picture tube base socket is located at the picture tube bas card itself. It is directly soldered to the base card, throu which the connections are going into the picture tube via its pins. You just open the tv, and pull it out [not make any shakes while pulling it, as that may bed the picture tube pins, or iven break the picture tube neck. Just pull it straight out, and refit it at the same way as you pulled it out, for two or three times. Sometimes this will retify the fault, as this process will remove any loose contact between bascard socket and picture tube pins.
If this doesn't hlep, desolder it out from the picture tube base card, go for a similar type and pin confuguation. Replacing it will solve the problem. As you replacing the base socket, look into the base card for any loose soderings are there too. OK.

Pix is dim and too big for screen

Hello
Your TVs focus voltage has some trouble. You gets an out of focus piture now. There may be two reasons for this fault. The first one is, the focus pack trouble. The second one is picture tube base socket trouble. Both are repairable.
Focus pack is integrated with Line Output Transformer [LOT], and picture tube base socket is soldered directly to picture tube base card. You just open the TV and check whether there is any "Shhhh" sound comes from the neck side of the picture tube while tv is working. If it is so, you will get a smell of Ozone gas also. If it is so, switch off the set and unplug it from mains socket, pull out picture tube base card from the picture tube neck. Be gentle, and not make any shakes while pulling it out. The neck part of the picture tube is very thin relative to its other portions of the picture tube, and have a chance to break. So be carefull when you pull it out. You can see the base socket soldered directly to it. There will be two wires also, for some sets only one, attached to it. Normally the red wire going to a slot in the socket is focus wire, through which focus voltage reaches to the relative pin of the picture tube. Just detach the wire out from the socket, desolder it out and go for a similar type, and pin confuguration. Replacing it will solve your problem. After replacing the picture tube socket, a slight focus adjustment may be needed. Sometimes may not. The focus voltage can be adjusted. Its adjustment control is located on the above said [LOT]. There will be two adjustment controls, marked Focus and Screen. Out of which the upper one is for focus adjustment, and the lower one is for screen adjustment as its markings states. You just adjust the focus control very little, while watching the picture on your tv screen. Take menu display for reference, rather than moving pictures for focus adjustment, so that you will get a stationary image for reference.
The second stated trouble is related to the screen-focus pack integrated with the [LOT] itself. If it has got damaged, there is no other way than replacing the [LOT]. If so desolder it out from the circuit board, after detaching the anode cap from the top of the picture tube, and focus and screen wires. Before detaching the anode cap, care must be taken, as there may be some extra high tension voltage charge on the final anode of the picture tube, which is dangerous. You must discharge it before unpluging it, otherwise you may get electric shock from it, even after the Tv is switched off and unpluged from the wall socket. The charge may retain there for hours. So be careful.
If you have any more doubts, inform me through Fixya. Ok.

Turn tv on the the morning has sound but no pic until tv warms up (about 15-30 mins)

Hello
Your TV has CRT socket problem. This is due to the improper contact of that socket to TVs picture tube. All TVs picture tube [otherwise says as CRT means Cathode Ray Tube] is connected with the remaining control circuit wia a picture tube base card, which can be located at the extreme back side of the picture tube. It is plughed in to it via a socket, and that socket is directly soldered to the base card. The socket mentioned above is faulty. This fault will be more at rainy and winter seasons. During these seasons, your tv will take more and more time to display picture. Because, during this seasons, humidity in the atmosphere is high.
Here replacing that CRT Socket is the only remdey. For that you have to open the back cover of your tv. Locate the base card, can be seen at the back of the picture tube neck plugged in. Unplug it with care, not to damage the picture tube neck or its pins. Do not apply high pressur or sudden jerks. It may break the neck of the picture tube as it is very tender with respect to the other parts of the picture tube.
Desolder the socket from the base board, it may have 9 to 12 connections to be desoldered. Take it out, and go for the same type number and pin confugaration. Replace it with the new one.

NB: Keep children away from you when you do this work. Be sure to unplug the TVs power chord from the wall socket before attempting to open it. Keep out all the connections to the tv, and make it idle. Ok
