Mostly it is a matter of removing the drive plate on the end of the hub which will reveal the end of the splined axle. The lockable hubs and then just bolted back on--in the cover' places. If you bought new there will be a diagram in the kit.

Serpentine Belt replacement diagram on 1989 Chevy Blazer w/ 4.3 engine
There should be a diagram sticker on the hood or the fan shroud.
You can also draw a diagram before you remove the old belt.
There is a spring loaded tensioner you move over to release pressure on the belt.
