Panasonic KX-T7730 - how do I delete played messages?

Try using the programming software if you have them. Otherwise, there is a procedure on the manual if you have them. I use to download the manuals on the Panasonic webpage.

Hi if you can tell me what system this handset is connected to. I will be able to explain how to delete the message. Its no the phone that holds the greeting but a specail card on the system. Look forward to hearing from you.

The KX-T7730 isn't an answering machine. You need to refer to the documentation for whatever answering/voicemail system you have it connected to. Alternatively, repost your question specifying the make and model of the answering/voicemail system.

Try finding out what's playing the message and change it :-)

It could be the DISA card from a TA-824, or it could be the Custom Greeting or Company message from a TVS or TVA voice mail system, or you could be talking about the "on hold" message that's plugged into the MOH port of the Panasonic system.

Once you find out, you can change a DISA message from the first extension 101 by following the programming, or from the Message Manager's mailbox (998) of the VM system, or the file recorded in the on-hold device.
