SOURCE: Hello, I recently bought this headset in hopes

Hi,
You need to make sure you have set this device as your sound output. No need to use your soundcard. Then make sure you have the newest firmware from the Razer site. next is to make sure you have the game audio set to 5.1 through the menu in COD / CSS. and then click the Maelstrom button on your headsets control box. this will enable 7.1 "surround sound"
Please let me know if this solves your issue.
Regards,

New razer headset..flashing green and not comnecting

If your Razer wireless headset is flashing green and not connecting to your Xbox One, there are a few things you can try:
  1. Reset the headset: Try resetting the headset by holding down the power button for 15 seconds until the light on the headset turns off. Then, turn the headset back on and try to connect it to your Xbox One again.
  2. Check the Xbox One controller: Make sure the Xbox One controller is properly synced with the console and that the batteries in the controller are fully charged.
  3. Check the Xbox One settings: Make sure the Xbox One settings are properly configured for wireless headsets. To do this, go to Settings > Display & Sound > Volume > Party Chat Output and make sure "Headset" is selected.
  4. Check for interference: Make sure there are no other wireless devices or routers nearby that could be interfering with the headset's signal.
  5. Contact Razer support: If none of the above solutions work, contact Razer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or help you with a replacement if necessary.

I cant move my razer naga mouse top and buttom

Try cleaning the lens with some Windex or any other cleaning spray. Not too much, you don't want liquids in the mouse.

How to link my blue tooth

Pairing the Plantronics Explorer 220:

For most phones, select Settings/Tools, Connections, Bluetooth, On. See your phone's user guide for more information.

With the 220 headset powered off, turn on the headset by pressing and holding the call control button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED flashes red & blue. The Explorer 220 headset is now in pairing mode. If you don't see the red/blue flash, press and hold the power button to turn your headset off, and then press and hold the power button again and hold for 5-6 seconds until you see the red & blue flash.

From your phone, go to the Bluetooth menu and select "Search" or "Add Device". Your phone should find the headset which will appear as "2xxPlantronics" in your list of devices.

If prompted for the Passkey (PIN code), enter 0000. If your phone asks for a PIN/passkey, enter 0000 (4 zeros). Pairing is successful when the LED on your headset flashes blue. Your headset is now connected and ready to use.

Plantronics 360- It's been working fine until yesterday. I turned it on and the blue light stayed on and did not blink. I can no longer receive or make calls on it. I cannot turn it off. I tried...

It may be time to get a new headset, as this headset sounds like it is in the on mode constantly, but not allowing anything through. You can try to re-pair it up to your phone, but I don't think that is the problem. I believe that your headset may just be outdated and needs to be replaced. Take a look at the link for these Plantronics headsets to see if they might be OK for your phone:

Does your computer have built in bluetooth? if yes, make sure you press and hold the stereo bluetooth till its steady blue,,not blinking blue. then on your pc, go the bluetooth section in control panel and search for devices. then you should see the Jabra Audio device.click on it to connect to the Jabra and use the passcode 0000. After it connects, the steady blue should now be blinking blue. Then go to control panel, sound and you should see the Jabra there.Right click on it and click on set as default device. Now play any song and see if you still have it playing in your speakers.Let me know if it works.I have the same Jabra and its really works great.Especially when im working out and dont want no wires around me

Explorer 330 cant turn on

If you are seeing the blue light blink and then go off, the headset is powered on. The blue light does not continuously flash while the headset is powered up. Try making a phone call or pairing the headset to your phone to see if it recognizes that you are trying to use it.
