True T-49F 55", 2 Door Solid, Reach In Freezer. It sounds like it is one but it is not getting even cool? True Freezer.

Question edited for a lot more clarity.
Question moved to True Freezer category.

You need a refrigeration engineer. It sounds like is has a leak and needs topping up with refrigerant gas. Things that also need checking, circulation fan working and that the defrost timer and defrost heater, and electronic thermostat are working correctly. Refrigeration is not a handyman job.

Why is my True THAC-48 unit is not cooling?

need more info. is the condensor fan running? if not thermostat problem.if it is , is the compressor running or just makes a one time click a few seconds after plugged in? (after unplugged five minutes)... if this is the case it probably needs a new start capacitor (170 uf)..if the compressor is running the larger tube going in the commpressor should be cool about 40-50 after a few minutes .. if not then it is low on refrigerant..R-134 after 1995. or R-12 for older models.. now you also have inside fans and thermo buttons that can not be working.

When the cooling cycle is finished, the refrigerator will not stop running.

because cooling cycle and compressor is not same thing ,cooling cycle fixed beside the compresor you can see that.

no use a Ranco p# A12-700 make sure the capillary is in the coilto sense the temp and set it to 1.5 on the knob. any colder and it could get too cold . you may be able to set it at 2 but be careful. it is a constant cut in at 37 degrees coil temp. the box temp will drop to usually to 28 or 29 at cut out.

Compressor vibrates and unit only cools to 20 degrees. tech says it "may" be compressor pressure valve ($1800.00) but no warranty. I cant find any such part listed for True T49-F commercial...

Okay first True uses capillary tube not an expansion valve.
You say the compressor vibrates not cooling ?
If the valves of the compressor are bad, he may mean
internal valves but usually pressures would not be good.
Give a little more detail please.

Use this link for the True website fill in your zip code

It may be more cost effective to find your local reputable fridge guy, True are a standard refrigeration unit and most parts are generic

Hope this helps
