I find no way to remove demo mode. However, the "work around" is as follows: Press the G button. Then, the B setup menu.
If Release locked is selected, the shutter-release button is only
enabled when a memory card is inserted in the camera.
Selecting Enable release allows the shutter to be released when
no memory card is inserted, although no pictures will be
recorded (they will however be displayed in the monitor in
demo mode). The aforementioned quote from page 250 of the manual means you avoid the problem of demo mode not saving pictures by selecting Release locked. You see, demo mode normally doesn't mind no memory card, where pictures are saved, NOT being in the camera! No card, no save, even though demo shows the pictures.
According to the Dell manual you need to be in the Movie preset and then you press the Down arrow and X buttons at the same time to disable/enable the one demo mode.
There's also an in-store demo mode, to disable that, press and hold buttons 2 and 4 for five seconds.
Go to settings, then device information. While pressing the volume up button, tap above the volume bar and a popup menu will appear. Uncheck "Enable demo mode", then power down your Nook. When you restart it, the Nook should be in regular mode.
On your home screen tap the the app button, then tap the screen saver app. Tap Enable Screensaver to turn the screensaver mode on or off. Then remove the check to "service enable" check box.
access Settings > Device Information and tap above the volume bar while holding Volume + button, a menu pops up...unchecked "Enable Demo Mode". Turn off the Nook, turn it back on, demo mode should be off now.
-DO NOT- try and verify if demo mode is off before rebooting the device.
If all else fails, bring it in to your local B&N and seek the Nook specialist out. They should be able to turn it off for you.
Demonstration Mode
This is to enable you to experiment setting various

power produced and it is safe to use the oven without
any food). To set Demonstration Mode: press micro

check and see if the hold button is down, if so slide it to the off position. Reset the device by holding in the power button and the volume + button down for three 3 seconds. This will reset the device. also make sure that it is charged. If these do not work than you can contact philips on there website
