C03FF, is the improper or unmatched model setting code.
go to "service mode"
In service mode please select "ADJUST"
in "ADJUST" please select "Model Setting"
in "Model Setting" select the cpm, (Copy speed) of your machine, for example if you have bizhub 210, then select "21" from the list.
if you have bizhub 163 then select "16" from the list and press "yes" button.
code will remove.

That means in faulty model setting.
In service mode "model setting" of "adgust".
You have to adgust it on 21 That will help you to fix your problem.
