You model number is the number of the phone that goes with the SL1100 Phone System. It have to be set up in the Management System first to be able to access from the phone. The designation (BK) signifies the phone is Black as opposed to (WT).

I am not sure which country you are in, but in Australia your divert depends on your phone carrier not your model. If your carrier and call plan supports call forward you just dial their set number and follow the prompts to turn on or off.
