Cd moved out of the cd slot from the caroussel and it got stuck.
Somewhat confused. If it won't open, there should be something you can press a safety pin into and it will open it.
Hello Steven, so are you referring to a pin in front of the cd slot or where? The cd got stuck inside and all I want to do is disassemble the top of the stereo to get to it.
I would think the dissasembly would be a last resort. There should be a pin sized hole on the front of the slot. Push that wih a pin and it should open. If not, there is a mechanical problem and you might need to dissasmble it.
once again i can not get the cd changer to open, the cd is stuck inside and my only solution is to disassemble the top of the stereo but it won't come off.
You might have to dissasemble the whole thing. Look for stickers and scratch under them, for there often are screws under them.
