One fan doesnt work at all the other comes on when you shut down engine car over heating
There are two fan switches on that car;
The main one turns the fan on and off when the ignition is on and the car is running.
The second switch powers the fan if the ignition is off and the engine temperature is too high, to cool the engine off if it was just shut down.
It sounds like your main fan switch has gone bad and needs to be replaced since it's not sending any signal to the fan, while the engine is running.

The s light might mean a problem with the transmission computer it is right next to the computer for the car under the carpet. does the car shift gears? if it don't the tcu is burned out ,it is a common problem for 91-93 accords

well you should first hard wire the non working fan to the battery to see if it is ok, then I would check the engine coolant temperature sensor, it is the sensor that tells the computer to turn the radiator fan on

It should be your brake light switch. There is a little plate welded to the arm of the pedal that has a hole with a rubber stopper. The rubber stopper is most likely missing, or damaged. You should be able to take a flashlight and see the plate and the switch. If the hole is plugged up, you will need the brake light switch, if not, replace the plug.
if it is when you first shut the car off it is natural to tick. if it is random and not a patterned ticking. its just the car cooling off. metal has different cooling temps and when it cools it shrinks. so therefore all engines have different metals they are made of. and they cool off at different temps so therefore when the intake manifold is made of aluminum, and the head is made of aluminum, they cool at the same rate. but if there is something steel mounted to it, it will not cool at the same rate. so then it will tick. and this is the metal head shrinking faster than the steel mounted to it. like the exhaust manifold it is steel and it will tick when it is shrinking.
but dont be alarmed it is natural.
