Seeing the Date When Previewing images

  • The camera records the date and time of each photo in the metadata attached to each picture. You have the option to see the date and time when when the camera is in "Playback" mode, which allows you to preview your images on the screen. When looking at your pictures, use the "Disp/Back" button to include text with your pictures. The date and time will appear along the bottom of the image.

Printing the Date on Pictures
  • Users can include the time and date on their prints from the "Mode" menu by choosing "Print Order" with the "With Date" option.

SOURCE: Canon SD 1000 time and date stamp on downloaded photo

You can download the manual from the link below: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=323&modelid=14901 From page 37 of the manual it looks like you can only select the time stamp in "postcard" mode. Also the date & time need to be set in the camera first. Please update the question & let us know if the information given was useful to you - Good Luck!

SOURCE: I AM TRYING TO SET THE DATE & TIME TO APPEAR ON MY PHOTOS.

you can only do date and time stamp under function button go to bottom where you can change size of pictures -go to right to W or wide-this is only setting you can do date time stamp on-when you change pic size and go back to menu you will see it highlighted and you can now turn it on-equals about a 2-3 megapixel size picture only-also just leave settings alone and have printer add it-date and time our always in pic data and most printers can add it

SOURCE: cannot turn date stamp on in menu settings.

Date stamp is only possible when you set the resolution (picture size) at "Postcard 1600x1200" option, if the date stamp is set to "Date & Time" or "Date" option

I have a fuji finepix s1500. I see the date/time stamp in the view finder but when I upload the image the stamp isn't there. How do I get it to upload on the images?

Hello Betty, Sounds like you need to go in to the menu and turn this on. May be listed under SETUP on the menu list.

How to turn the date stamp on for fujifilm XP20

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with each image in its EXIF metadata. Consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer, you may be able to print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I have a fujifilm finepix ax200 camera. Is there a way to include the time/date stamp on the pic when I transfer it to my computer. The time/date stamp shows up when i'm reviewing the pics, but when I...

The date and time are stored with every image. Any photo editing program should be able to show you that data (and a LOT more); look for something like "image info" or "EXIF data". If you want the data printed with the picture, refer to the documentation for whatever program you're using to print. Depending on the program and the printer, you may be able to display the date and time on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

Need to activate date/time stamp on Finepix AX200.

In playback mode, press DISP/BACK to select a playback display format. This will turn the Information display on, which will show you the date/time the picture was taken.

This camera does not have a Time/Date Stamp that actually stays on the picture like some cameras do. Instead, the Time/Date Stamp is included in the Image File Properties, and can be viewed or modified from any Windows PC.

I want Date & time stamp on pictures

Hello and Welcome
To set the date and time stamp on pictures, Follow the given instructions:
  • Power on the FUJIFILM FinePix J28 digital camera and wait for the hardware to finish running through its start mode
  • Press the "Menu" button on the rear of the device, then choose "Setup."
  • Select "Options," followed by "Date." This brings up the date display. The display blinks as it has not yet been set.
  • Push the top button on the control display to advance the first number in the date. Once you have the correct number selected press "Enter" and repeat the process for all the numbers. When the date is set the time information appears. Follow the same procedure to set the time. Press "Enter" to accept the changes. Now every picture captured with the FUJIFILM FinePix J28 will save the date and time to the pictures

How to print date on photo - finepix s5600

Go into the settings of the camera and look for anything called "Date/Time Stamp." Enable this setting and the date will be printed on every picture. Be careful, though. Date/Time Stamps are not easily removed so make sure you want it on whatever you are photographing.

Hope this helps.

Date & Time Stamp

The date is printed on the photos using the "pict bridge" software. The date printing option is set on the computer, not the camera. If the printer has it disabled or it is a printer that doesn't support it, you won't get the date.
