Not charging but the charger has being replaced and batteries
After checking all the fuses, be aware that if the batteries are depleted totally the battery charger is not strong enough to restore the charge on the batteries. You can use an automotive type battery charger...one that is NOT automatic and charge the batteries individually. This may take more than 48 hours. If the battery is any good after charging then put everything back together and top it off with the original battery charger.
There are 2 charging and battery related fuses on this model that should be checked and if burnt open replaced with the same color and fuse type. One fuse is located under a rubber boot near the charging port. Use needle nose pliers or your finger nails to remove and inspect. The second fuse is hidden under the battery box. Pull up and out to remove the battery box and inspect the fuse in the base underneath. If both of the fuses are OK open the battery box and check all the connections. You will need a long phillips #1 screwdriver to do this. Hope this helps
