How do I do conf call on this phone? - Panasonic KX-T7630 Corded Phone

Here is the way to conduct a conference call.
Press conf then dial the number then conf. Do this for each caller you wish to add. When you add the last number and press conf, all parties will be on line.

There are 2 ways to do that. One, and the easiest, is to press the green line button on your phone. It will blink and allow another person to press it and join the call. The second way is to use the CONF button, press CONF, get the second call on your phone and press CONF again.

Very simple, make your first call once they answer press the conf. button, make your second call then press the conf. button again. If you need a third person press conf button again (this puts calls 1 and 2 on hold) make call number three then press conf. again and all will be connected.

With a special card in the system Panasonics can conf upto eight people.

A conference call can be set up two ways. If its two phones at your office dial or receive call on one phone, press Conf/trn and dial extension of second phone, have them pick up reciever and press Conf/trn again and all 3 are on. For two outside lines it must be configured on your system to allow but it is then establish a call dial conf/trn 9 + number wait for answer and press Conf/trn again. 1) Call to the first party and hold the line.
2) To add new party, press CONF + 2nd party phone no, after this talk and ask the 2nd party to hold the line.
3) Press CONF again and after a beep tone, then can talk with multiple parties.
4) To leave the conference, press CONF and after beep tone, lift down the
handset.

If by conference you mean inside and outside parties connected together the answer is yes. You should have a CONF button on the set. You press CONF, dial your second call and press CONF again. You can press CONF again and do it all over again to add a 4th party. There are restrictions and the conference is not amplified.

Steps to make conf. call: 1) call the first caller number and connect 2) then press "conf", call the second caller number, connect and talk to the new party; 3) then press "conf" again

Try to conf two outside parties with your phone to make sure the phons system will allow tandem trunking. Follow your example by dialing the first party, press conf/transfer, dial the second party, press conf/transfer, then press conf/transfer a third time to add everyone together. I think you are just missing the last step of pressing conf/trans the third time to add the lines together. Good Luck.

CONFERENCE With call in progress, ask party to hold.
Press Transfer, receive interrupted dial tone.
Dial desired number
After call is answered, press Conf. Conf LED lights.
Three-way conference is established.
If one party hangs up, other two remain connected. Conf light goes out.

While speaking to one person, press the "conf" button... Wait for a beep beep, hit 9 then dial the other number... talk to the new person... press "conf" again... talk to everyone
