I have just bought a go gear vibe mp4 and are having trouble adding podcasts and other mp3 files. When I add them, they become a part of the music list, and this is annoying when playing random tracks from the mp4. How do you isolate them so that you can listen to them when you want, without them being part of the list of songs?
If the device offers the ability to create folders (like rock, folk, classical) that are selectable, create one called podcasts. If not, retitle all the podcasts so that the file names all start with a Z, and then at least they will be at the bottom of a master list when played in sequence. Doesn't help in shuffle mode though, as the podcasts will still play randomly if you can't isolate them to a separate folder.

"File format not supported" means that the song that you've downloaded into your MP3 player is NOT an .MP3 file format. For each MP3 player have their own supported file formats. You need to check the manual of your MP3 player to see what are the supported sound file formats (i.e. .mp3, .wma, .mp4). Then check the file format of the songs that are saved in your player.
If the songs are supported but you're still getting the error message, try to delete all the songs and then download the songs again and save it into your player. If the same problem occur, then it may need a firmware upgrade or reformat.
Thank you and good luck!
