Hi cano_arm

I would format the hard drive with the drive manufactures drive utilities and then reinstall windows.
If (and I guess that its tru) you have lost the CD you have paid for, then I don't se any problems in download a "new" on from here:

When less than a quarter feel the need to vote for the effort some of us at FixYou offer, I think to myself, ”is it worth it”.

They get help, and do not care to thank you; “thank you” do not cost a dime, so why????

Yes expert ntldr missing

It means that your computer is missing a file that windows xp needs to run boot properly or is missing a program that your home edition xp needs. Repairing the OS or windows xp home edition by means of your xp instalation cd will do the job. Just insert your xp installation disk to your cd/dvd rom and select install windows xp home edition. Then select ( repair ), and so on let it finish repairing . Once your system rebooted, let it run without pressing enter or space bar. Just watch and let your computer do the job. This will probably solve your boot problem. But before doing all of this, please check your IDE or SATA cable and also the power cable that is connected to your hard drive. Try to unplug and plug again to ensure a good connection. If this won't work, you can proceed repairing Your windows xp installation or reinstalling a new xp operating system. Have a nice day and i hope i was in any help to you friend.

Corrupt missing C:\windows\system32\config\system no original windows xp oem disk cannot use recovery console cannot get to a c:/ prompt no floppies have cd rom bios does not support usb boot possiblity...

Your master boot record of the hard disk is damaged. I suppose you have access to CDROM through bios. But it is not clear from your question. Set CDROM as first boot device. Get a bootable CD & make sure that it contains fdisk utility. Boot from it & you will get a:\ prompt. at a:\prompt type fdisk/mbr & press enter. Your master boot record of hard disk will replace. Now you will be able to go to c:\ prompt. Use your your xp cd to recover your windows.

BOOT MGR MISSING!!

if a friend has the xp cd, ask to use it, USE YOUR KEY CODE LOCATED ON A RAINBOW STICKER...usually on bottom of laptops, and back of pc desktops, this is your best bet, make sure your operating system is the one you both are using, ie...xp home edition on your puter, if your friend has professional, your key code wont work....make sure you both use home...or professional...sticker will tell you what your running.....a boot isk pretty much is obsolete with xp, windows 98 used em, me..as well....up to windows 2000, cd needed, downloaded the file really wont do it...i have never had sucess doing it....you can also contact the puter company and like $20.00 they should be able to send you the factory default restore/recovery disks, i am doing that with a friends toshiba now...waiting for the disks...that will be a way better thing tho, you'll have all info and drivers and os for it......good luck...shia
