What you are describing is a hard drive issue, remove hardware and reseat it back in place sometimes this will restart the hard drive. If this fails have it tested.

hi friend..!!!!

Go to the BIOS, lookin the boot options and take the "other devices" or "other"out of the boot sequence... Also check ifboot from LAN is enable disable it. PXE is a protocol that will enable you toboot from a network drive or server. When it says that it failed, it is becauseit could not find an OS on the network...
if you found the answer is useful to you so please rank me... your feedback is very important for me because this will give me more confidence...

The system is not finding any bootable media (Hard Drive) and is attempting to boot via the network card (PXE Boot) the error message is saying that there is not PXE network to boot from and it is exiting the process.
Generally, this is caused by a hard Drive failure. Reseat the drive and or drive connections and see if the system will find the hard drive.

Hi,

You computer is trying to boot from the LAN port (Ethernet).

Go into the BIOS by pressing either the F2 or the Del key. Check and make sure the hard drive is recognised by the system as with it saying "Operating system not found" does not sound good and could mean a hardware failure.

If it is seen by the BIOS check the boot order, change it to the HDD as the first boot device.

Regards.

If the sound you are referring to is a clicking sound, then it is a hard drive failure.
Your computer is trying to boot up the operating system from the hard drive, but when it fails to access the hard drive, it tries to boot up from other devices configured on the BIOS. Apparently, your next choice for booting the operating system is set to the LAN card. Hence, you get the message "PXE-E61 Media test failure", which means that the computer tried to boot up the operating system over the network but it found out that your network cable is not connected to your computer's network interface card.

Wile I am trying to boot it up it goes in to a loop

Hello.

That error message usually refers to a hard disk failure. Your hard disk cable could be loose or faulty. Or, your hard drive would need to be replaced.

I'd suggest to check the cable and run your system's hardware diagnostics (often F2 or F12) when your system boots.

Hope this helps.
