We are talking airless .Are you spraying oil paint or latex or laquoir hope its not laquior.
If its oil paint you really shouldn't be spraying it with airless for fine finish unless you have the gun to do it and air assited airless is the why to go
Laquior you will blow your self up stactic electricty from the lines .
Fish eyeing could be substrate not clean thinning of meterial or no air trap if air assitied .Overspray you are useing oil paint I can tell no way to stop this it will lay down a mist on every thing in the area that isn't covered .
I have 40 years of spraying under my belt .
Over spray is just that getting paint on a surface you are not painting (protect adjacent surfaces) "fish eyes" are almost always some type of oil wax or something that was not cleaned off and the paint film moves away from it- always clean all surfaces first before any painting.
