Hi, I need a 'joint seal' for my Krups XP4000 expresso maker, and ideally also one for my old Krups XP 962 expresso maker. I got them in France where they are called 'joint porte filtres' ref cde MS 620342 1037 Krups but cannot find out how to get them here or where to look on internet

The part for your XP4000 is the brew head seal. A Google search turned them up here:

It doesn't show the XP962 but it gives their phone number and says to call if you don't see what you need. So maybe they can help.

In general, when you want to search for something on the Internet, start with a good search engine (I use Google but there are others of course) and give a search string like "krupps kp40000 parts". Then you can check out the links it gives you until you find what you need.
