Whenever I plug in my Bean to the USB port a message pops up saying that it does not recongize what has been pluged in. When I click on the message the computer says that the device is unknown and that there are no drivers installed for it. I have been using the same computer and the same Bean all along and this problem just came out of the blue. Help!

I had this problem myself. The solution is to take a fine, rigid object, like a paper clip, and use it to press the "reset" button, which is located just above the USB adapter on the device, and clearly marked.

I had the same issue, just hit the reset button and everything worked fine! Did not lose any of my songs.

Downloading and installing driver from the website wont help much on this issue. It usually happens with the faulty usb port on the MP3 player or on the machine. Try connecting to another USB port on the machine. Also please check if the USB port on the machine is working fine
