SOURCE: Loading itunes

Hi there,
Simple fix:

  • I'm sure you've already done this part but just for safeties sake go to the Apple site and download the very latest iTunes http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
  • Next press and hold the standby button. It will ask slide to turn off, do this.
  • Now press and hold both the Power and Home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple symbol appears.
  • Now connect it to your PC.
  • If iTunes doesn't startup automatically or isn't already open then open it up.
  • Select the touch in the sidebar of iTunes then click on the Summary tab at the top of the main page.
  • Click “Check for Update.” iTunes tells you if there’s a newer version of the iPod touch software available.
  • Click Update to install the latest version of the software. Or click Restore to restore. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the restore process.
For more info refer to pages 97, 104-5 & 111 of the user guide (also available from http://support.apple.com/manuals/#ipodtouch) and the knowledge base article here

All the best
Sean

Icloud login after account locked out for security reasons

Try this:
If you can't remember them your codes; then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer.

I hope this helps. I use Outlook notes to keep track of my passwords; I have SO many!

My son's account has been disabled and not sure why. Is name is Craig Schwoerer Jr ( [email protected])

hey
let me tell U,
facebook has there own rules & restrictions, if your son haven't followed it then his account will be blocked :)
if it goes on then his account will be disabled :)

Ex: if your son has sent request to someone, then if they won't accept soon then block continues :)

I canceled an iTunes account that was used to purchase many songs. I canceled it because my kids were running up purchases. Now I can't sync the songs to an iPod or play them on iTunes that were...

Ideas? Try to re set up that account. It is one of 2 options. Second is open another account but you lose all of the credits. Use a password no one can have access too and don't give it up. Kids are cool and we love them but....they need to learn self control.

Well my account said its disabled and i dont even know why i didnt do nothing wrong or bad i just want my account back

Facebook don't normally disable accounts without reason. Have you verified your account yet?

Check your email.

Have you accessed it from home and someone else tried to access it from elsewhere, this can cause security issues?. Email them if there's no apparent reason.

Itunes won't accept my security code...

Check to make sure the card you're using is not a debit card. Apparently only a credit card will work for the iTunes if purchasing directly from the iPhone. Oddly enough, debit cards are accepted for the online (non-mobile) iTunes store.
