Grease is coming from the vent(s) and is on coming upon the bit in use.
You need to service this tool. The grease has apparently broke down and would need to be cleaned out and replaced. In the header it states Dewalt and if so go to dewaltservicenet.com and you will need your model number and type to download a breakdown on how to disassemble the tool and it generally shows the grease they recommend.
