I turned off the breaker, as that was easiest for me and the oven reset. THANKS VERY MUCH!

Press 0 (Set up options) and then 4. Then press Auto Set (on the right of the clock) to change the setting. Then press any touch pad except Cancel to exit the setup menu and save the change. (Alternatively, press 0 and 9 followed by Auto Set and another key to return all features to the Default. 12-hour time is the default for the Jenn Air range.) Jenn Air has the manuals for most of their products on their support site, http://shared.whirlpoolcorp.com/product_literature/search.jsp?siteCd=JA_EN_US . I looked at the manual for the JES8850AAB which is available here: http://shared.whirlpoolcorp.com/assets/pdfs/literature/Use%20and%20Care%20Guide%20-%208113P367-60.pdf. Hello. We replace alot of control panels on this unit,the panel which includes the touch membrane.Not the clock behind it. Hope this helps....

Hi, could you send me the complete model and serial numbers from the tag on the range? There are some letters after the JES8850 that are needed to look up the correct parts.
