I lost my Mercedes Benz ML320 Audio System Security Code. I can't play the radio, cassetes or audio disc. My ML320 Chassis number is 4JGAB54E81A259716. PLEASE HELP ME.
I punched in sec. code and nothing happened-what to do? halp.
A trip to a Mercedes dealer with your log book and proof of i.d and provided the stereo is the origional factory fit then they should be able to track down the code and instal it for a minimal fee.I needed a new key for my c36 amg,gave them the info from the log book and an origional pre programed key arrived 4 days later from germany.
You need to notify dealer they will be the only one who has un-loc code for radios the loc mode is part of ur security system only problem when working or with a dead battery puts the radio system in loc mode and if u dont have code u need to notify dealer also if u put in a wrong code to many times-- vehicle would have to be brought in to be reset by the dealer

I called the Mercedes USA (1-800-367-6372) gave them my VIN # and they gave me the unlock code over the phone. I first had to provide proof of ownership, which I faxed to them. That was it.
