C220 1995 diesel leak from joint in pump
no fixes available
you may take it to a diesel pump specialist shop for cheap ideas as it may be a simple shaft seal or re-tensioning of bolts for the cap
If you are looking at "any old vehicle " as a fixed trade in value, then leaking diesel would not be a problem, it is going to scrapped after you sign the deal

Knocking from front end
the inspection for a shock absorber is a jounce. 1.5 reaction.
inspect the mountings and look for any damage. leakage. noise. if they are oem parts and 20 years old its up to your own discretion whether new ones will have the attributes you seek. bilstein seems to be the recommended part

1994 Mercedes c280 high beams not working...
At first 1994 C280 high beams began to not connect regularly when stick pushed forward, then not at all. Drove high beams by pulling and holding stick back towards steering wheel until that stopped working, too. Shop said the turn signal switch was at fault-- had seen it many times before with W202; about $160 to replace. Haven't done it yet, but should be an easy fix?

Jumped started c180 now abs is on
Usually, the two are not related. But, if the abs module is damaged it could be throwing an abs light erroneously. Usually an abs light means that a sensor is bad or not picking up a signal from the sensors at the wheels. It is normal for the abs light to light when the ignition is on but the car hasn't started as a bulb check only.

Mercedes Benz c220 1994 wiring problem. I need your help please.
its a common problem with the w202 in other parts of the world don't know why as the uk cars don't have this problem if they have said it need rewiring it probably will do as the engine bay wires have a tendency of going brittle and shorting its a very expensive job. is the car worth spending that kind of money on as there only worth 1500 pounds or so in mint condition
