slow only on internet or off that too.
tell when it is slow doing what, and when not slow.
all PCs are slow. compared to better PCs and Better ISP.
I will answer for slow all the time.
1: normal , old PC.
2: hdd bad and runs slow. (replace it)
3: OS unstated by you is infected, reload the OS fresh.

Usually motherboard either works or doesn't work. It won't make computer runs slow. Your computer runs slow mostly because of low memory, low diskspace available, driver issue, virus, or spyware. If you surf the web a lot, chance is your computer got spyware or malware. Install a free malware program and use it to clean up your laptop first to see if the problem is improving.

downloading speed depends on internet connection not on PC specification.

If your transfer is low then downloading will also be low.

Take note that source from which you are downloading also must have reliable connection.

i think it is not true. because speed of computer depend processer and ram . u can chang high config . ram than using . it can help little make high speed. temp file can make slow so time by time we remove this file. virouse can make slow computer. if bord is short it make hang computer.

Reinstall Windows.

maybe it runs slow because you download way to much things are maybe you need to upgrade the version of you computer!!!

click on the link that says "Scan Now. Its Free!" it will do an online virus scan of your computer, and this should get rid of any viruses you have. You may have to install Java for it to work. If so, it should provide a link to install it. If it doesnt, google "java software" and download the software. it may also be a RAM problem (not enough computer memory) but thats probably not as likely if your computer is new. Also, you can go the task manager and delete all of the processes that you think arent needed (such as itunes, etc. make sure that your user name is under the user name column for each one you are deleting, and DO NOT delete the "explorer" process or any system processes). And this may speed up your computer as well.

Run your antivirus, adware program and scandisk and defrag, in SAFE MODE..

It depends how old your computer is. If your computer is more than 5 years old, there will be a problem since the driver software will not be advanced enough. I reccomend installing new driver software. Look it up. Good Luck.
