B2500C model
The person who posted the question raised the one main problem with the Black and Deck B2500C Bread Machine, lol. The 1 to 11 menu that is printed on white in the machine in very cheap printing and will not stand up to being cleaned and dusted even gently over time. AND just to make you nuts, that menu is not reproduced in the manual, so you are SOL. (There's a really bizarre menu instead in the booklet that goes up to 88 and has nothing to do with anything you see.)
I managed to find a picture of the top of the machine online, and transcribed the menu. Here it is for anyone else:
1. White / Blanc
2. Whole Wheat / Ble Entier
3. French / Francais
4. Fruit & Nut / Fruit et noix
5. Low Carb / Pain faible en glucides
6. Gluten Free / Sans Gluten
7. Batter Breads / Pain a la farine de mais
8. Jam / A la confiture
9. Dough / Pate
10. Pizza Dough / Pate a Pizza
11. Bake Only / Cuisson Seulement
The Use and Care Manaual for the Black & Decker B2500V Breadmaker has a graphic of the control panel on page 4 of the PDF file.
You are able to download the manual here:

Lance, I own the physical machine in question and can tell you that while the graphic of the control panel on page 6 in that PDF is accurate, the table interpreting it up to number 88 on pages 8 & 9 has nothing to with the menu actually on the machine or pictured on page 6. What the 1 to 11 stands for is as I transcribed it above. Just wanted to clarify for people that no, it ain't you losing your mind, lol.... Cheers! :}
The bizarre table following that control panel graphic has nothing to do with the text that was originally on the machine, which I actually physically own and have in front of me as I type this. The text that was originally on the machine is as per my transcription above -- just wanted to clarify. Cheers!

If anyone has one, could he/she send me the numbers for each setting? The manual doesnt have these. I vve been looking for a picture at least but Google has failed me!
Thanks for trying but the graphic doesnt give the menu "courses". I can read 1 which is "white" and 10 which is "pizza dough" but that s it.
On page 8 of the same manual is a listing of the programmed bread/dough courses including these for French Bread:
37. French Bread Light (1 lb)
38. French Bread Light (1.5 lb)
39. French Bread Light (2 lb)
40. French Bread Medium (1 lb)
41. French Bread Medium (1.5 lb)
42. French Bread Medium (2 lb)
43. French Bread Dark (1 lb)
44. French Bread Dark (1.5 lb)
45. French Bread Dark (2 lb)
46. French Bread Rapid Light (1 lb)
47. French Bread Rapid Light (1.5 lb)
48. French Bread Rapid Light (2 lb)
49. French Bread Rapid Medium (1 lb)
50. French Bread Rapid Medium (1.5 lb)
51. French Bread Rapid Medium (2 lb)
52. French Bread Rapid Dark (1 lb)
53. French Bread Rapid Dark (1.5 lb)
54. French Bread Rapid Dark (2 lb)
The chart on page 12, unfortunately not numbered, does explain the cycles for each of the courses.
Lance, you are great! I think you have the right direction. I still wish the manual made this clear but now I ( hope) can see that 1= white, 2= whole wheat, 3= french etc. Many thanks!! Do wish the numbers lasted longer or that there were a code somewhere in the manual! Attention B&D? The bread has been great so far.
