There are a couple options: 1. Your keyboard is broken, you need to replace it. 2. Try unplugging / replugging it un and or restarting your computer, that may fix the issue. 3. Your keyboard layout might have changed. If you are using a Windows computer, you can press CTRL + SHIFT to switch between layouts. Or you can go to Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Change Keyboards or other input methods. From here, you can change your keyboard layout back to use.
Go to control panel->regional and language options -> Launguages
tab -> then as i guess you are in the UK add the UK layout and delete
the Us layout. You may press and Hold the ALT Key and hit the numbers lock key, It should go back to a
normal keyboard after restarting the pc..
About themes

Go to received calls, press the centre button & you will get a menu, where the first option is Delete (for the first entry) and the second option is "Delete All".
Go back and select "Dialled Calls", again press the centre button for the menu with the delete commands.
Well, goto your pictures (Usally a key on side) Click "options" and view photos, then select the photo you want to delete
