Are you trying to change the boot up drives so that the CD boots up first so you can do a repair or reinstall Windows?
Try F2
You can select from a list of bootable devices by pressing F12

You might have a virus in your master boot record. Do the following:

The following iso listed below. It is the latest version of the
Kaspersky rescue disk. You need to burn it to a CD with a program like
Imgburn (Which is also FREE like the iso file). Then you need to boot
from the CD and run the scanner. It should fix you right up.
