You might have a virus in your master boot record. Do the following:

Download The following iso listed below. It is the latest version of the Kaspersky rescue disk. You need to burn it to a CD with a program like Imgburn (Which is also FREE like the iso file). Then you need to boot from the CD and run the scanner. It should fix you right up.

My PC can't be opened. It is written on the opening page A boot able device has not been detected

You may have a damaged hard drive that won't boot due to a damaged master boot record. This could be from a virus. Another less likely cause could be the laptop is setup to boot from the cd rom drive or a usb stick instead of from the hard drive.. This can be changed in the laptop's bios setup so as to boot from the hard drive first and a cd rom drive second. it could also have the wrong type of hard drive setup in the bios settings.

My ASUS Z99E laptop cannot access winXP

Try to access the BIOS "F2" Key, Go to the BOOT Section, set the 1st Boot device to DVD / CD Rom. Press "F10" Save and Exit. If it fails again, re-enter the BIOS. Then make sure the drive is set to IDE and not ACHI. press "F10" save and exit the BIOS. If that fails then select in the BIOS Load Setup Defaults, and re-select the boot device to DVD/ CD Rom.

If all fails, you have to open the side or bottom cover to remove the HDD - Hard Disk Drive, Connect it to a Stand alone pc via the SATA Cable or External Device (Works as USB) then you can either do an emergencey back-up, Format the drive through windows.

Hope it helps

My laptop doesn't boot my windows 7 DVD please help me

This problem can be happen if DVD ROM of laptop is not working or BIOS setting is not set for booting from DVD drive. If DVD ROM is not working then change it. Go to BIOS setting and choose first boot device as DVD ROM if it is BIOS setting problem. This can solve your problem. It is always good to buy licensed copy of OS and other software.

Thank you..

You must remove the battery for 12 min, and start your computer with the power cable.

Try opening the bios setup and change the boot order making harddrive no.1 in the boot order.

If all that not working, just press F12 and setup a new windows copy, may be the windows copy is damaged.
