This will most likely be as simple as just replacing the blown bulbs. If too much power goes through most bulbs they act like a fuse and 'Pop'. Looks like you've been lucky and the blown bulbs have stopped the 220 volts from damaging other parts of the tanning bed.
yes check all the bulbs and the fog lights one blown bulb could knock it all out kinda like in a Christmas tree one bulb goes out the whole line goes out
If you notice should be a couple small screws to remove
lens to get to bulb. A lot of times it just a loose bulb or the prongs
on end of bulb that hits the copper connection. First take bulb out,
replace it, even though it works, but new one would have nice new
connection, and before putting it in, spray inside where bulb goes with
electrical cleaner can get at any auto supply, then put in. Should work.
On a 2007, it is unlikely there is a ground problem, but if so, after
trying this, get back to me and I will tell you how to check wires and
what to do. NOW understand sometime even though the bulb is not blown it is not getting a good connection from bottom of bulb to copper prongs on female side insert. I do not thing it is wiring as said earlier.

The bulbs get there power from the headlight switch. It then goes through the dimmer switch and then finally to the bulbs. It is more likley that there is a problem with one of these if the fuses are o.k.
If you have a little automotive electrical knowledge, a volt meter, and a test light I would be happy to help you further.
please explain in queens english ,i think you have a bulb gone on one side on beam and the other bulb has the dip side of the bulb blown ,but without a proper description i cannot be of any more help
When the lamp goes on a DLP you get no picture, if the light came on and you still had a pic then it might have been telling you ,you had other problems. If the TV wont come on now check your bulb it might be blown this time. The bulb will have lots of small peices of glass in it when its blown. They should last a few years each (3-4).
